Policy
Soaps and body care products are made to order with the exception of the cold process soaps. Occasionally, I do run out of my cold process soaps as each batch is cured for a minimum of 1 month before selling. If that happens, I will send you an e-mail letting you know so that you may choose another scent if desired.
After I receive your order, I will weigh the package and e-mail you with a shipping total. Please do not make a payment until this is done.
Orders needed for specific dates or special occasions should be noted in the order (or by e-mail) so that we may make every effort to accomodate your requests on time. We will notify you ASAP if we cannot meet your time line.

Products are not returnable. All sales are final. Damaged products will be replaced with the same item. Do not return damaged package without e-mailing or calling me first.
I can only take orders from the United States & Canada at this time. Orders will ship by priority mail (insured) or by UPS. Orders will usually be shipped out within a couple of days of receiving them, depending on the order size, but please allow from 1 to 2 weeks for orders to be shipped. Orders are shipped through the post office or by UPS.
Local pre-paid orders can be picked up. Please e-mail me or call me first to make arrangements. Residents of Massachusetts must pay 5% sales tax on all orders.
